Elmer was a farmer in the Cursed Earth who briefly gave shelter to Judge Dredd and his crew before attempting to kill the last president of the United States.

Elmer was a dim witted family man who was friends with his fellow farmer Ikkabod.
History[]
During their trek across the Cursed Earth, Judge Dredd and co. were given shelter by Elmer and his family. Whilst there Elmer's wife warned them about the recent "vampire" attacks. As if on que, Ikkabod came running through the door, telling Elmer that his daughter had just been slain by one of the "vampires". Elmer and Ikkabod gather a mob while Dredd and Spikes Harvey Rotten race over to "Dracula's Castle" over in the hills. Inside they discover that the "vampires" were in fact the medic droids of the cryogenically frozen war criminal President Booth. Dredd comes just in time to stop Elmer and Ikkabod from staking Booth in the heart, and after explaining the situation to the farmers, Booth and the three medic droids, now dubbed Snap, Crackle and Pop, were sent to work on Ikkabod's farm.
