Joe "Scarface" Levine was a wanted criminal from Mega-City One.

"Scarface" Levine wasnt exactly bright, his own stupidity leading to his capture.
History[]
On the run from the Judges, "Scarface" raids a Face-Change Parlour and forces them to reconstruct his face so he could avoid detection. Happy with his new face he leaves and spots Judge Dredd drving along the Skedway and smugly drives pasts him as he comments on the nice weather. Unkown to "Scarface" however, Dredd's Lawmaster had voice recognition technology, which instantly registers Levine's voice. Dredd purses and quickly trashes Levine's car. Levine is afterwards arrested.
