Ed Tooley and his Brothers were a trio of armed robbers who used Face-Change machines to aid in their crimes.
History[]
Using a portable Face-Change Machine, the Tooley Brothers disguised themselves as 19th century comedians. When one of their robberies goes wrong, they find themselves trapped by Judge Dredd and his men. Thinking quickly, the Tooley's alter their face and escape. They find an ambulance and tightly tie and gag the young nurse inside before using it to make their escape. Dredd traced the face-change tech to a specialist Parlour and found the Tooley's contact number. Using this as evidence he brought them in for interrogation, however having no proof against them, and their lawyer Manny Bloom breathing down his neck, Dredd was forced to release them. Thinking quickly however, Dredd disguised himself as Bloom and went back with them to their hideout where they revealed their hidden stash. Seeing what he needed, Dredd revealed himself and arrested the lawbreakers.
