Welch Logan was the elder brother of the criminal known as Whitey.
Personality[]
Logan was undeniably smarter than his brother, having been able to design and create robots capable of causing widespread destruction.
History[]
Formerly a particle physicist, Logan dissapeared for five years, finally remembering with his newly built robots which he sent to issue the release of his brother Whitey, or else the robot would begin destroying the city. Deciding the best way to catch the culprit was to go along with their plans, Judge Dredd travelled to Devil's Island and freed Whitey before being escorted back to Logan's base. Logan proceeded to tell Dredd his plans to destroy the city even though his ransom had been fulfilled, motivating Dredd to spring into action and rewire one of Logan's robots, before firing it at him and killing him. Afterwards, Whitey was returned to Devil's Island where he was forced to continue to live out his cruel sentence.
